Use Facebook for free without any data charges on Ncell. You just need to have an official Android app or use via m.facebook.com. You do not required to do any activation for this service.
You can Update status, Like, Comment, Upload Photos in the timeline and do many more things. External links are not included in the service. Clicking any external links will be charged as per the standard data rates. And also chating and view photo on Facebook will be charged as per the standard data rates.
